I am new to the frozen yogurt industry and would like to receive more information about opening a yogurt shop. Can Cielo help with this?
Our staff holds extensive knowledge and experience in this industry as they have opened and managed their own stores from the time when Fro-yo was new to the market. However due to increasing demands from current clients and growing regional needs, we are only able to provide guidance and share information with our ongoing partners and long-term customers.

Can you supply your products outside of U.S.?
Yes. We currently supply to many frozen yogurt shops outside U.S. including parts of South America & Asia and continue to receive a large number of requests from business owners who wish to expand their stores to other regions in Europe and Middle East. We can certainly supply to regions outside of U.S. but please keep in mind that buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Is additional documentation required for international buyers?
This depends on your country. Some countries have strict guidelines to adhere to when receiving shipment (especially large volume ones) from an outside country and depending on your region, you may or may not have additional paperwork to complete. To ensure smooth delivery of goods, please be sure to check with your country’s customs agents to make sure you are able to receive our products without delay before placing an order with us.
